Speaking at the opening ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung respectfully acknowledged and praised the attention and noble gestures of Binh Dinh people, businessmen, and enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City who have contributed to their homeland over the past years.

According to the Organizing Committee, the Festival with the theme "Land of Martial Arts and Humanity" will feature many activities such as: Incense offering ceremony at the Quang Trung Emperor Monument at the National Defense and Security Education Center (under Ho Chi Minh City National University, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City); display of food stalls and local product stalls; opening of the Festival and meeting with fellow countrymen to auction charity items; talk show "Green Transformation", awards for products and creative solutions; art program “Land of Martial Arts and Humanity” and the final round of the 2025 Binh Dinh Student Charm Contest. In addition, there are also supporting activities, such as: Science discovery; folk card playing festival; Binh Dinh traditional martial arts performance; New Year's gifts (banh it and calligraphy)...

Binh Dinh tourism booth attracts a large number of visitors. Participating
in the 9th Binh Dinh People's Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, under the direction of the Department of Tourism, Binh Dinh Tourism Promotion Center organized a booth to promote the province's tourism image with the theme "Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh Tourism - Sea Paradise - Rising to the top". The highlight of the booth is the image of scenic spots, key cultural - sports - tourism events in 2025, along with delicious dishes from the land of Nau, creating a unique culinary flavor of Binh Dinh, contributing to impressing visitors and Binh Dinh people far from home. Participating in this year's event, the Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh Tourism booth displayed publications, documents and some Binh Dinh specialties, attracting over 2,000 visitors to learn about tourism in the province.
