The scientific space complex is a project that is part of the idea of building Vietnam's first educational science center in Binh Dinh, proposed by the Assocation Rencontres du Vietnam. The complex will be a space for scientific discovery for children and the public, to promote science to the community and to stimulate the passion of science and creativity of youth. Combination is the first step toward the formation of urban are for science and education of Quy Hoa in the future.

According to the design, the scientific space complex consists of three main categories: universe model, science museum and astronomical observatory. The project was built on an area of 12.6 ha in Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon city with a total funding of more than 171 billion dongs. 

In which, the universe model consists of the main parts: the projection and observation room; Technical Control Room; Sound system, computer, control program, presentation program. The model of the universe will help viewers discover the beautiful images of the universe, explains issues related to astronomy with visual illustrations of vivid images.

The science museum has many booths exhibiting scientific experiments about the following topics: physics, chemistry, engineering, life sciences, environmental science...

With the Astronomical Observatory, 10 popular telescopes are arranged with the best possible viewing conditions.
